1. How do I get a RMA #There are three options. 1. Fill out RMA form & it e-mailed to our office & an RMA # will be e-mailed back to you within 24 hours. 2. Fax a copy of the RMA Form with the listed needed information to 678-583-1170. We will fax back the RMA # & confirmation within 24 hours. 3. If you still need help with a repair or have any more questions, call 404-431-4121 & a Tech will be available Monday thru Friday 9am thru 6pm Eastern time. Back to Top
2. Who long does it take to have a satellite receiver repaired & the cost ?Most repairs are ready to be shipped back to the shipper within 30 / 65 days. Depends on availability of parts. We offer Flat Rate Repairs on most units. (See Repair Cost.) Back to Top
3. How do I pay for the satellite repair ?After your receiver has been estimated for repair we will email you a total of repair cost & shipping charges . The unit will be shipped back FEDEX - 3 day Economy unless you request otherwise. AFN or PSTN orders will be paid by PayPal only. When the unit is repaired a PayPal Invoice with shipping charges added will be sent to you for payment. The Receiver will be shipped 24 hours after payment is received. Cisco Sustems, Inc customers with In Warranty repairs will be shipped back to the customer with no charge. The Out of Warranty repairs will be billed from Hornsby R & D, Inc with repair charge & shipping charges added on with a 30 day net terms. Back to Top
4. Who is paying for shipping ?After the receiver has been repaired the return shipping charges will be added to the total invoice. You pay for shipping both ways. Note - If the receiver is un-repairable you will have two options- 1. Leave the receiver with us & no extra charges. 2. Or we ship back the receiver Un-repaired & you pay the shipping charges before the receiver is shipped back to you. Back to Top
5. What if the unit is in Warranty ?After the receiver is repaired we will contact S/A - Cisco to see if the unit is in Warranty. If it is the unit is in Warranty it will be returned back to you with no charges. If the unit is Out of Warranty your cost will be as listed in the Repair Cost page plus return shipping charges.
6. Which brands of satellite receivers do you repair ?
NOTE- We do NOT repair Direct TV or Dish Network or any of their products! Back to Top
7. Are our Technicians trained & licensed?Yes, our Technicians are all Factory Trained and FCC Licensed. For Tech support please go to FEEDBACK and fill out the needed information of the symptom or problem of the receiver and a Tech will call you back within 36 hours.
