1. How do I get a satellite receiver repaired ?There are three options. 1. Go to the RMA page and fill out the RMA Form. This RMA Form will be received & an RMA # will be emailed to you. 2. Fax a copy of the RMA Form & all the needed information to 678-583-1170. We will fax back the RMA # & confirmation. 3. If you still need help with a repair or have any more questions, call 404-431-4121 & a Tech will be available Monday thru Friday 9am thru 6pm Eastern time. Back to Top
2. Are our Technicians trained & licensed?Yes, our Technicians are all Factory Trained and FCC Licensed. For Tech support please go to FEEDBACK and fill out the needed information of the symptom or problem of the receiver and a Tech will call you back within 36 hours. Back to Top
3. Who long does it take to have a satellite receiver repaired & the cost ?The repair time is determined by receiver damage. Most repairs are ready to be shipped back to the shipper within 30 days. We offer Flat Rate Repairs on most units. You can look at the Repair Cost page for cost or you can use the RMA form so we can email you an estimate of repair cost. Back to Top
4. Who is paying for shipping ?You pay for shipping both ways. After the receiver has been repaired the return shipping charges will be added to the total invoice. Note - If the receiver is un-repairable you will have two options- 1. Leave the receiver with us & no extra charges. 2. Or we ship back the receiver Un-repaired & you pay the shipping charges before the receiver is shipped back to you. Back to Top
5. Which brands of satellite receivers do you repair ?

6. How do I pay for the satellite repair ?After your receiver has been estimated for repair we will email you a total of repair cost. At this time we also will need to know how you want the receiver shipped back to you (FedEx -3 Day for most). If your company would like to setup terms such as 15 or 30 days please email us and a representative will contact you. Back to Top
7. When & where we were started?Hornsby R & D, Inc was started 1982 in Norcross, GA. to repair satellite equipment for the commercial & personal trade. Over the years we have seen the trade of the old white fiberglass dishes to the new professional commercial network receivers we are proud to repair now.
